ChatGPT

Add Korala to ChatGPT as a connection. You need ChatGPT on the web. Developer mode is available on paid plans, and OpenAI notes it can depend on your account and workspace policy. You also need a Korala account where you are an Owner or Admin.

Turn on developer mode

In ChatGPT, open Settings → Security and login.
Turn on Developer mode.

Create the connection

Go to chatgpt.com/plugins .
Select the plus button.
Enter a name, for example Korala, and a description such as “Prepare and track documents for signing”.
Under Connection, enter this address, including /mcp at the end:

Create the connection. ChatGPT opens Korala in your browser.

Approve the connection in Korala

Sign in to Korala if the browser asks.
Check the assistant name and the host on the consent page. Korala marks both as unverified. Continue only if you started this from your own ChatGPT a moment ago. If a link brought you here, choose Cancel.
Pick the permissions. Leave Send and void documents off for your first try. ChatGPT then prepares drafts and gives you a link to review, and Korala emails nobody.
Read the note under the permissions. The connection works with your real documents, and documents ChatGPT creates from templates count against your plan.
Choose Connect.
Back in ChatGPT, review the list of tools it found.

This example shows Claude Code connecting from the same computer. Yours shows the name and address of your own assistant.

Use Korala in a conversation

Start a new conversation.
Open the tools menu and add Korala.
Ask for something, for example: “List my Korala templates.”

ChatGPT asks you to confirm before it runs a tool that changes something. Korala marks sending, voiding and removing a signer or field as destructive, so ChatGPT asks first for those.

To use a PDF you already have, attach it to your message and ask ChatGPT to prepare it for signing. If the file does not come through, ChatGPT gives you a link to upload it in Korala, and continues once you say it is there. You can also start in Korala: open a draft and press Continue with your AI assistant. ChatGPT can write an agreement itself as a Markdown template too.

To check where the fields landed, ask ChatGPT to show you the signing fields, or open Signing fields from the conversation yourself and pick a draft. The panel shows each page with every field in its signer’s colour. Drag a field to move it, drag its corner to resize it, or select it and choose Remove. On a phone, tap a field to choose it first, and use + to zoom in on small fields. Swiping across the page scrolls it. To move the chosen field, drag its own box; to resize it, drag the dot just off its corner. Korala saves each change straight away, and ChatGPT knows about it on your next message. Fields can only change while the document is a draft.

After Korala updates its tools

ChatGPT keeps the tool list it read when you created the connection. When Korala adds or changes tools, open the connection at chatgpt.com/plugins and select Refresh. ChatGPT reads the tool list again. Start a new conversation to use the new tools.

Disconnect

Open Settings → AI Assistants in Korala and choose Disconnect next to the connection. See Permissions and safety.
